We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $200 – because we're Nice Nice like that.
This offer applies to all orders shipped within Canada. Oversized items may be excluded from this offer and are subject to an additional handling fee.
If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, rates will be calculated at checkout
All international and US shipping will be calculated at checkout. Rates will vary depending on size, weight, and destination. Shipping fees, duties, taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

We will send you an email confirming your items are ready to pickup. Orders can be collected from our Winnipeg location – enter through the Hair Co. front door when you come to pick up your order (102 - 139 Market Ave.
Our hours for local pickup are:

Returns / Cancellations / Exchanges
Changed your mind? No worries! Send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll sort it out for you!
For regular priced merchandise, we're happy to offer a full return in the amount of your purchase within 14 days. Merchandise must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact, accompanied with an original sales receipt.

Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is advisable, especially for high-value purchases.
Nice Nice has the right to reject returns that do not meet these specifications.
All intimate items are final sale. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
